When we start buying eggs from a farmer, we buy all of their production, because it’s a partnership. At certain times, such as when they first join or switch flocks, we get many more small and medium eggs than we can sell. Rather than have them going bad in our warehouse, we donate them to a food bank. You can help us keep it going by chipping in a small amount to cover some of our costs.
