Gunn's Hill Artisan Cheese - Tipsy Oxford's Harvest

This is a hand crafted washed rind cow's milk cheese that is modeled after Swiss Mutchli. It is a mild creamy cheese, developing its lightly lactic and buttery flavors after only six weeks of aging. It is delicately aged on pine wood planks and soaked in Palatine Hills Cabernet Merlot for several days.  It's edible rind is rich in flavour and is a definite favourite of wine lovers.
