Gunn's Hill Artisan Cheese - 5 Brothers Smoked

Named for the brothers that work together to make Gunn’s Hill, this true artisan crafted cheese that combines traits from Gouda and another Swiss variety called Appenzeller. After one year of aging it is naturally smoked with apple wood. It is creamy with sweeter overtones and has a rich smoky flavour throughout. All of the milk used comes from the cheesemaker's family farm, in Oxford County, ON. It pairs well with white wines such as Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc and also Pilsner beers. 170g.
