Hand crafted washed rind cow's milk cheese that is modeled after a little known Swiss cheese called Mutchli. Packed with flavour from the garlic and chive flakes, the cheese itself is mild and creamy, developing its lightly lactic and buttery flavors after only six weeks of aging. It is delicately aged on pine wood planks adding robust flavors to the cheese. All of the milk used comes from a family farm owned by the cheesemaker's family in Oxford County, ON. 170g.
