NEW! Hand crafted washed rind cow's milk cheese that is modeled after a little known Swiss cheese called Mutchli. With a generous amount of Italian truffles, the cheese itself is mild and creamy, developing its rich flavours after just 3 months of aging. All of the milk used comes from a family farm owned by the cheesemaker's family in Oxford County, ON.
This is an experimental flavour and more will only be made if there is enough demand for it!
