This is a creamy gouda cheese made with local sheep milk from HOPE Artisan Dairy Co-op. This gouda is made in Dutch tradition and aged for six months until it's delicate flavours develop. It pairs well with crisp white wines or light lagers. Try it melted on a sandwich or in a sauce.
